As Interim Finance Manager you will be responsible for managing a team of 6, producing the management accounts and carrying out process improvement work. This is a maternity cover contract that will run for 12-15 months.

Description
As Finance Manager you will be responsible for:
- Managing a team of 6
- Production of the monthly management accounts
- Sales and margin analysis as well as customer analysis and profitability tracking on a weekly basis
- Maintaining the Fixed Asset register
- Bank reconciliations
- Preparation of the audit pack and assisting with audit queries
- Annual budget preparation
- Looking for efficiency improvements on all accounts processes, working with the relevant team members and leading on these improvements
Profile
My client is ideally looking for a Qualified Accountant however those with strong experience at a Finance Manager / Financial Controller level that are Qualified by Experience will be considered. You must have experience of managing a team along with driving process improvements.
This is a maternity cover role. My client ideally needs someone to start ASAP but those on a 1 month notice period could be considered.
Job Offer
£45,000-£55,000 dependent on experience
Possible permanent opportunity after the initial contract length if desired due to the growing nature of the business
