I am working with a fast-growing advertising agency who are looking to add an Accounts Payable Executive to our team based in London (hybrid working).
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is experienced within Accounts Payable who is looking to take on a new challenge!
You will be working within a team of 4 in this newly created role to help aid the growth of the business. Your duties will include:
- Process all invoices received
- Escalate any queries to AP Controllers
- Weekly meetings with AP controllers regarding outstanding Queries.
- Mid-Month and End of Month reconciliations of assigned Media Owners.
- Other ad hoc duties relating to the AP ledgers.
The successful candidate will have 3 years+ experience working with accounts payable function and have a desire to specalise in AP. You will ideally be qualified by experience and advertising/media background is preffered but not essential. In return you will receive a competitive salary + additional benefits.
