Finance Manager - R&D

Long-term contract opportunity for a Finance Manager to join a leading pharma company in Stockley Park.

Your new company
A research-based biopharmaceutical company that develops innovative medicines is looking for a Finance Manager to joins its R&D FP&A team based in Stockley Park for an initial 9-month contract.

Your new role
This role takes responsibility for monitoring the functional units' progress against their forecast working with the leadership team to ensure the financial plan remains on track. You will get involved with preparing budgets and forecasts, maintain reporting and planning infrastructure, conduct monthly reporting and variance analysis and own the month end close process.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant with excellent FP&A experience ideally gained within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors. Strong month end close and financial planning knowledge will be required.
