Description
The key responsibilities of this role:
- Report directly to the Financial Controller - responsible for supporting the Procurement Function from a finance perspective
- Support the function in generating a strategy for the business area, maintain and deliver key performance indicators, drive performance improvements, evaluate investment opportunities and general performance improvement activities
- Provide business partner support to budget holders, project managers and other key stakeholders
- Drive process improvements, with particular focus on accuracy of cash forecasting and delivery of cost opportunities
- Engage with budget holders and project managers to drive business improvements that drive positive financial outcomes
Profile
The successful candidate:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA)
- Experience with finance business partnering, ideally in procurement and with experience working at a large company
