Business Analyst

Partner Financial are working in collaboration with a supply chain business based in Central London, the role does interface with colleagues and peers and will be required to spend time in the office.

A requirement has arisen for a Business Analyst to join the team to support the senior leadership team with various ad-hoc pieces of work over the next 3-6 months, with the potential to extend. This role with work closely with colleagues in producing detailed analysis and ad-hoc reports for various business units and tailoring them to the needs of the stakeholders. The new appointee will make recommendations and provide the necessary insight to support the decision-making process, as well as highlight performance issues and develop reports based on KPI’s.

The ideal person for this role will be an experienced business analyst with strong excel skills.

Key Deliverables:

• Creating and amending process maps and working with a wide range of business and suppliers. Improving documentation of business/finance policies, procedures and templates and enacting solutions. Detailed documentation on roles and responsibilities and financial analysis. Supporting the learning sessions and coaching teams with new content. Other ad-hoc project work

Ideal background:

• Highly experienced in creating detailed, clear, and relevant information with clear written narrative, using excel and PowerPoint. Investigating and reviewing formulae and notes. Ability to work within tight deadlines and collaboratively with international and remote stakeholders.
