Group FP&A Transformation Manager

Hays are currently recruiting for a FP&A Transformation Manager on a permanent basis

Your new company
The large PLC business have been undergoing significant transformation over the past few years and they are now looking to recruit a Group FP&A Transformation Manager to support and manage its future growth.

Your new role
Based in either London or Bristol and reporting into a Senior Manager from within the Group Finance team, they are looking for someone to advice and provide commentary to the group to ensure the business are seeing sustainable growth but deliver on necessary cost saving activities. Part of this will include:

• Setting ambitious and deliverable plans across the business that can drive outcomes.
• Define and performance manage the financial metrics that are required to see efficiencies across the business
• Track and analyse performance, identifying key trends and improvement opportunities.
• Communicate with senior stakeholders to give an overview of transformation performance against key KPIs.

What you'll need to succeed
The business are looking for an experienced professional but does not require you to be a qualified accountant. You will have finance and business acumen with knowledge in the drivers of organisational performance. You will be comfortable analysing large volumes of data and be able to pull out key messages and themes, identifying issues and be able to solve problems. You should then be able to challenge and implement changes that will benefit the business longer term. Ideally, this experience will have been gained in a large matrix organisation.

The client are open to levels and background but the salary will also include a 10% bonus, 10% pension contribution and other flexible benefits to suit you.
