Finance Business Partner role within a rapidly expanding Software & Technology business, based in Birmingham City Centre.
This role is broad and varied and offers a chance to support, challenge and engage with the wider business. Ideally you will have a strong background in Controls and understand how these can positively impact business performance.

- Business partnering across the broader business
- Business planning and reporting - owning the full business planning cycle
- Commercial support including managing of contract performance
- Ownership of financial modelling and utilising this to deliver proposals

Profile
The successful candidate will hold a ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification.
You will either be a first move from an accountancy practice or someone who made this move 2 years ago and has been in a more established Business Partnering role (Salary level to be reflective of experience)
Excellent commercial accumen is a must, along with the ability to engage and inspire stakeholders
Experience with M365 and ERP Software
