Elevation Accountancy & Finance are working with a well-known, highly credible business based in Worksop as they look to expand their team with the appointment of an enthusiastic Accounts Payable Clerk initially on a 9 month FTC basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an accounts payable professional to join a highly profitable business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain purchase ledger database
* Matching orders, delivery tickets and invoices
* Process all invoices for payment including utilities
* Leasing with suppliers re payments, queries, etc.
* Reconciling supplier statement
* Maintaining petty cash
* Raising payment runs and new suppliers
* Dealing with staff expenses and credit cards
* Managing the email inboxes for the AP department
* Any other duties as may be appropriate

Key skills and experience required:

* Great interpersonal and communication skills
* The ability to work to deadlines
* An aptitude for IT (especially Excel and Word)
