Interim Management Accountant

Axon Moore are pleased to be supporting a multi-million pound business in Blackpool to recruit an interim Management Accountant on an initial six-month contract.


Our client has experienced significant growth over recent years and are forecasting to continue on this trajectory. As such, they are in search of a dynamic Management Accountant to provide support as their business operations expand.


Key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing timely and accurate management accounts for designated business areas.
• Assisting month-end processes primarily analysing, adjusting (where need be), and posting accruals and prepayments to the system.
• Supporting business partners with delivering budgetary and forecasting information to key non-financial stakeholders.
• Dealing with ad-hoc queries from the business, typically relating to financial analysis and complex finance transactions..

The successful candidate will be either qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) or qualified by experience, with a proven background across month end processes. Strong excel skills and the ability to work across different stakeholders.
