Your new role
Your new role Working with a number of key stakeholders including the CFO, CEO, Head of treasury as well as other senior stakeholder, this role is all about corporate planning, stakeholder management, and influencing future business decisions.

You will be responsible for:

• Building corporate and acquisition financial models
• Advising on key mergers and acquisition
• Presenting your key findings to the board
• Playing an active role in the term sheet and banking negotiations
• Collaborate across several business function groups including senior management, finance, accounting, business development

What you'll need to succeed
You will be fully qualified with experience working in corporate finance background, ideally with experience in either investment banking or Oil & Gas/ Energy. This is a multi-faceted role with a range of commercial responsibilities. so will be a great opportunity to join a growing business with great exposure to senior stakeholders. As this role is commercially focused, you will be able to make a huge impact on the future of this exciting high-growth business.
