Elevation are delighted to be working with a large Financial Services business in central Leeds, to source a number of Management Accountants for a key area of their business.

You will work across a variety of areas, giving you exposure to many interesting areas of finance.

The salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 with a completion bonus at the end of the assignment (dependant on performance).

This is a hybrid role with 3-4 days in the office.

Role:

* Take responsibility for timely and accurate booking and reporting, balance sheet and bank reconciliations
* Advisory/review role for Assistant Management Accountants
* Cooperation with Financial Reporting managers and Consolidation controllers
* Be heavily involved in analysis, reporting within and data cleansing the Oracle system
* Intercompany accounting and recharging between multiple entities
* Ensure high quality in the deliveries according to the company's governance and internal control structure
* Identify and suggest ways to improve processes
* Support/cooperation with other functions, e. Purchase to Pay, FP&A, Business Partnering, Treasury, Payments, HR

The right person for the role:

* Large business experience is essential
* Financial Qualification is nice to have but not essential providing you have a strong systems background (ideally using Oracle), strong reporting experience and have worked in large complex business in which intercompany accounting was part of your role
* Be able to commit fully to a 3-6 month period and be able to start with less than a months notice
