Your new role
Reporting into the Head of FP&A this is a broad and varied role with key duties and responsibilities including:

• Developing FP&A reporting and KPI tracking
• Business partnering with senior stakeholders across business units
• Forecasting and analysis
• Delivery of annual budgeting and forecasting and working with the business to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Cashflow forecasting and investment appraisals.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant with experience within the insurance sector highly desirable. You will need proven FP&A and business partnering capabilities with excellent interpersonal skills. You will need to demonstrate good process change capabilities and have strong excel/modelling skills.
