Michael Page Finance are working in partnership with a well known Retail business based in Coleshill. This is a very well known high street name with shops across the country. The business has recently seen a substantial period of growth through both acquisition and organically. This means that they are now looking to add to their vibrant and dynamic team in order to take them to the next level.

Description

In this Senior Management Accountant role, your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Managing all accounting processes including monthly management accounts
• Provide analytical support to business functions, including modelling the financial impact of new initiative and model change
• Responding to client and supplier account enquiries
• Daily & monthly reporting, P+L analysis, bank coding and reconciliation
• Play a key role in the quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting process
• Business partnering senior non-finance stakeholders to support with effective day-to-day operations and influence strategic business decision making
• Overseeing forecasting, budgeting, cash flow, payroll and monthly VAT submission
• P&L analysis
• Managing expenses, general office administration and procurement

Profile

• Qualified Accountant(ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Demonstrable commercial skills, with experience business partnering senior non-finance stakeholders
• Proven financial modelling, analytical and presentation skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to self-motivate and work to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience working with MIS tools (Desirable)
