Associate Director

A general practice position where you will provide compliance and advisory services to a variety of clients operating in the £10m - £50m range, supporting a team and developing the practice.

Description

• You will be responsible for one of the largest portfolios, worth c. £300,000. Acting as the main point of contact for all queries; building and developing long-standing relationships; and delegating work to your team to ensure all deadlines are met.
• A team of 10 employees will report into you - 2 managers and a mixture of trainees at varying levels in their own career
• Review work completed by team prior to review by partners - whom you report directly into
• Support with the wider business development of the practice - recruitment of new staff, growing the client base and developing the firms reputation in the market

Profile

• You will, ideally, be FCA or FCCA qualified - ACCA/ACA would be considered
• 10+ years of UK practice experience in a reputable practice
• Experience in managing a portfolio and team
• Have a proactive approach to problem solving and supporting client queries
