SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join our client based in Burton Upon Trent. This business have a number of sites across the UK offering a range of services. This role reports to the Business Reporting Manager and will partner incredibly closely with Directors within operations to support on all financial decision making.
Key accountabilities:
- Operate as finance lead and business partner to one of the businesses core divisions
- Preparation and analysis of the budget, actual monthly results and financial forecasts and report variances
- Coordinate and ensure timely and accurate preparation of month end accounts
- Prepare financial information for the head office finance team
- Prepare and develop new KPIs to help the business understand and improve performance
- Monitor financial performance of major business contracts
- Evaluate investment and acquisition opportunities
- Provide financial and analytical support to key business decision making

A Qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience and outstanding people management experience. Our client is keen to attract a commercially focused Finance professional with strong partnering skills. The role is ideally suited to a experienced Business partner or a Commercial Management Accountant who is looking to their first step in to a Finance Business Partner role.
