Part Time CFO (Private Equity Backed)
We’re currently recruiting a part time CFO for a highly successful PE backed Software / SaaS business. With impressive year on year growth, and an enviable position within their market, this is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious CFO to join the business and play a key part in this investment cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Being a key member of the Board, acting as a strategic, commercial and operational partner to the CEO and the senior management team.
- Managing a number of key Stakeholder relationships with Private Equity, Banks, Auditors and Advisors.
- Continuing to professionalise the finance function - developing robust processes, controls, and financial reporting that is scalable.
- Develop “best in class”, timely and incisive management information and KPI’s to help drive business growth.
- Commercial and strategic input to support the business’s growth and ensure a continual focus on maximising shareholder value creation.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the Software (ideally SaaS) industry, and ideally have worked as an FD/CFO for a PE Backed business. The ideal time commitment will be for circa 3 days per week.
