Group Finance Manager

£55,000 to £60,000 plus benefits

Seeking a role that involves change and business improvements from the group centre?

This is a role where you can utilise your existing change management skills and also develop them in hands-on role to lead a group function to drive improvements to advance overall group reporting performance.

You will need to be a strong technical qualified accountant with a pragmatic outlook but can also work at pace to deliver business needs. Preferably an adaptable and enthusiastic finance professional who possesses knowledge of SME environments and has the ability to convert complex data into meaningful messages.

An insight to your responsibilities:

• Production of consolidated management accounts.
• Financial performance commentary.
• Oversee subsidiary management accounts.
• Maintain group forecast model and weekly cashflow forecasts.
• Manage budgeting, business planning and cash balances.
• Improvements to reporting framework.
• Balance sheet reconciliations, group VAT and statutory accounting.
• Support and develop junior finance.
• Ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Do you have the knowledge and experience?

• ACA / ACCA / ACMA.
• Experience of accounts consolidation and control improvements.
• Sage 200 skills.
• Ideally project management experience.
