Senior Accountant required for 3-6 months at a PE Backed Real Estate Business
Your new company
A well-established, private equity backed real estate business based in Central London. Focussing on commercial and residential properties, it is involved in both developing and trading properties as well as operating and managing real estate funds for investments across the UK.
Your new role
As a senior accountant, you will be responsible for accounting and reporting of funds and the management of an outsourced accounting team which involves reviewing project and group accounts produced by the team on a quarterly basis. In this role you will be working directly alongside surveyors, Property Directors and investments partners on ad-hoc analysis and reporting. You will also be assisting in the integration of new corporate and property acquisitions.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an ACA or ACCA qualified accountant with experience in the property sector, preferably also having experience of property funds however candidates outside of this sector with an interest in property will be considered. You will have strong academics with an excellent attention to detail and understanding of Excel. To succeed in this job you must be resourceful, investigative and a good communicator.
What you'll get in return
In addition to getting the opportunity to work at a well-established company in central London, you will be working in a flexible hybrid working model. Alongside this, you will be on a salary of £375-£430/day for a 6-month contract which is likely to be extended.
