Financial Accountant job for leading UK real estate fund manager


Your new company
This real estate fund manager, manages a range of private equity real estate funds aross retail, residential & industrial developments. They are based in fantastic offices in Central London and are looking to recruit an experienced Financial Accountant for an initial 3 month role.

Your new role
Your role will encompass all areas of financial accounting, including providing reporting advice under IFRS and UK GAAP, month end balance sheet reconciliations and P&L analysis. You will also be required to deal with ad hoc projects on demand. You will be liaising with relevant stakeholders and working directly with the Financial Controller.

What you will need to succeed
You will be a qualified ACA/CA accountant with prior experience reporting under IFRS and UK GAAP. You will have strong excel skills and possibly systems experience using SAP and/or SAGE. You will be a hard-working individual will strong attention to detail.
