Description
- Produce and control accounting across the business
- Develop and maintain controls and procedures to ensure strong financial control
- Accurately capture income and expenses
- Prepare monthly accounts
- Cash flow management
- Bank account reconciliation
- Oversee compliance
- Supervise different teams and work with teams in different countries
- Monthly payroll and year end reporting
- management, leadership but also dealing with day to day transactions and auditing needs whenever necessary
Profile
- Efficient and highly organised
- Willing to be a team player by getting on with day to day accounting when necessary
- Excellent eye for detail with the ability to identify and analyse the cause of issues
- Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with at least 3 years experience in industry
- Able to act on initiative
- Willing to act on as a point of contact for clients in a timely and professional manner
- Able to meet strict deadlines
- Experience accounting for a multi-site role is preferable
- Exposure to overseas tax issues is preferable
- Strong Excel skills required
