Financial Controller

Your new company
Providing insights to international businesses looking to expand internationally, their software is well and truly market leading and the company are looking to grow rapidly through organic growth and M&A. Used by a quarter of their target market they have also won a range of Tech awards.

Your new role
Due to recent growth, this company is now looking to appoint a Financial Controller. Responsibilities will include:

• Ensure the Finance team grows to meet the requirements of a fast-growing company and maintain oversight of the entire Finance process
• Complete monthly reconciliations
• Build financial processes, controls and implement new systems
• Oversee day-to-day control of finances
• Provide strategic direction to the CEO and board
• Lead forecasting, budgeting and business plans

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with proven experience within a SaaS business. You will possess strong commercial and business awareness paired with excellent presentation and communication skills. A strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and an inherent problem-solving skill is desirable. Strong understanding of UK and US GAAP is pivotal.
