Group Finance Manager (Fast Growth Tech)

Your new company
A multi-site, highly profitable technology solutions company with head quarters in London. The business have an acquisitive business model and are looking to double in the next 5 years.

Your new role
The role is reporting to the CFO and really demonstrates the growth and progression of the company in the last 5 years. They are looking to hire a Group Finance Manager to manage a team of 5, with the responsibility to really embedding processes, controls whilst gaining significant exposure to the acquisitions process, supporting the CFO.

Duties

• Overall ownership of accounting function and delivery of timely financials
• Management of transactional and reporting team
• Driving commercial analysis and information coming out of the team and quality of business partnering
• Supporting the CFO on acquisitions and strategical development of the function

What you'll need to succeed
You will will need to be a qualified accountant, with experience working in an SME environment, where you have added value to the adoption and development of new practices. It is essential that you have the personal desire to drive commercial thinking in the business.

You will get to be part of the senior leadership team, whilst being mentored and developed by the CFO. The role has straight line growth to Group FC and then in the longer term Group FD, which should make it a really unique opportunity.
