Commercial Analyst, Hybrid, Crawley
Your new company
Our blue chip client is looking to recruit a Commercial Analyst for a hybrid role to report to the Accounting Manager.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the financial and commercial analysis of all aspects of the company's regulated revenues in order to deliver business plans, regulatory reports and monthly accounts and to facilitate correct decision making. Reporting and analysing and explaining regulated revenue. Providing insight and analysis of monthly performance data and making recommendations. Responsible for maintenance of key forecasting models, ensuring they are accurate, understood and identify and implement improvements and keep up to date with the continually evolving regulatory framework. Working as part of a team to produce monthly management accounts. Preparation of financial and regulatory information for internal and external audit purposes and to liaise with auditors. Analysis of variances to budgets and forecasts, highlighting, explaining and reporting anomalies and trends to stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant with strong analytical skills along with excellent financial modelling. Experience of producing monthly accounts and management reports. Excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with various stakeholders throughout the company.
What you'll get in return
This is a hybrid role mix of working from home and in the office. The salary is flexible depending on experience along with a 5% bonus, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and a generous pension.
