Your new role
Reporting into the Finance Director this is a key role within the finance team, developing and analysing financial information that will influence decision making at senior management level. Duties will include:

• Prepare periodic financial statements, including P&L, budgets, cash flow variance analysis
• Create and develop forecasts and budgets to predict accurate financial performance
• Inform key strategic decisions and formulate business strategy
• Advise on the financial implications and consequences of business decisions
• Analyse financial performance and contribute to medium- and long-term business plans
• Negotiate on major projects, loans and grants
• Offer professional judgement on financial matters and advise on ways of improving business performance
• Monitor and evaluate financial information systems and suggest improvements where needed
• Review CAPEX requirements in terms of meeting agreed objectives (cost and performance)

What you'll need to succeed
ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with significant experience working as a Financial Controller, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
