Your new role
Reporting into the Head of Corporate Finance, the role is all about dealing with commercial information and data working with operations, adding commercial value through Business Partnering and impacting the success of the projects and ultimately the investments.

Duties

• Financial modelling based on commercial data
• Business partnering with operations to understand business needs
• Variance analysis on budgets versus forecast
• Presentation of board report
• Influence strategic business decision making.
• Driving project performance by analysing and working with teams on plans
• Investment reporting and production of investment memorandum

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant from a Corp Finance background or with suitable Analyst experience in Real Estate who genuinely wants to help a business to grow. This role requires strong communication along with an aptitude to commercialise decision making processes by presenting financial information in reasoned and informed manner
