Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join a large Public Sector organisation as a Finance Business Partner - Team Leader in a newly created role.

You will site in one of the larger divisions of the organisation and be responsible for the budget setting and monitoring of the key areas in your directorate.

Examples of duties include managing a team of finance business partners, ensuring robust and consistent financial management practices are in place, compiling detailed revenue budgets, identifying and analysing risks areas, completing statutory returns and planning and delivering financial training across the directorate.

Profile

The ideal candidate will hold a CCAB qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA) or be a QBE with significant relevant experience.

Ideally you will have worked in the Public Sector or NHS however other sectors may be considered.

You will have excellent stakeholder engagement skills.

Ideally you will have people management skills.

You will have excellent management accountant and FBP skills

Job Offer

A salary in the range of £22 - 25 ph PAYE or £30 ph via an umbrella company

Hybrid working - 1 day a week in the office
