Client Details

My client is a leading housing association within London and across the South. They provide vital care and support services to those who are marginalised, vulnerable, suffering mental health issues and are in need of safe and affordable housing. My client supports their residents with a calendar of training and events designed to coach individuals in their search for employment opportunities.

My client is one of the largest housing associations in the country managing a network of nearly 60,000 homes. In doing so they support the creation of safe and affordable homes and help grow communities. In the context of a national shortage of affordable housing and increasing demands for social care my client has an increasingly vital role in society.

In their dedication the people they support my client also cares deeply for their own employees and is commitment to not only facilitating but celebrating diversity and inclusion in the workplace. The association runs four 'Network Groups' for ethnicity, gender, LGBTQ+ and disability to provide support for each and every employee.
