Head of Group FP&A - Professional Services
12 Months Fixed Term Contract

We’re recruiting on behalf of one of the world’s leading consulting firms. The business excels in providing its clients with the insights, deep technical expertise, and global resources required to create robust commercial strategies in an ever changing world.

 

What you’ll be doing:

As Head of Group FP&A, you’ll be the highly visible focal point role for the Group’s financial planning and analysis capabilities. Your focus will be on delivery and will include owning end to end critical processes such as reporting, forecasting and budgeting.

Do you have the drive to support senior stakeholders, challenge business owners and exceed expectations? 

 

What we need you to bring to the business:

  • Qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA , CIMA)
  • Ideally a professional services background with relatable, senior FP&A experience in owning key processes at either Group, Entity or Divisional level
  • Previous experience in leading budgeting cycles end to end
  • Track record of delivering commercial improvement initiatives 
  • Good knowledge of technology - Excel, Power BI and MS Dynamics or a similar ERP system
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator
  • An enquiring mind with the confidence to ask questions
