Our client is a fast-growing PE Backed Professional Services business seeking a CFO to be crucial partner to the CEO and key member of the board, including full responsibility for the finance function and a broad remit across the organisation. The business is forecast to double their EBTIDA through strategic acquisitions and integrations whilst also grow their international presence and is an acknowledged leader in its field.
This is a key role within the business involving strong strategic and operational leadership, as well as the day to day management. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in helping with the growth of this business. Maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and will be a valued contributor to executive-level strategy through preparation of detailed and incisive performance analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
As well as growing the business through acquisitions and integrations you will also be expected to contribute on a broader commercial basis to the development of the business model and operational framework to ensure that the business has a sound platform from which to drive its growth plans. The ideal candidate:
- A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA).
- Experience as CFO in an international business with a strong record in organic growth, preferably within Professional Services, Business Services and or related sectors.
- A track record of implementing and improving IT systems, accounting processes and management information and financial reporting is a must.
- Experience of acquisitions and integrations.
- A high level of motivation, a "can do" attitude and a willingness to be involved at all levels.
The successful candidate will need to be prepared for significant responsibility, rigorous attention to detail, and highly sought-after experience with a renowned Private Equity house.
