Finance Business Partner

Partner Financial are working with a multi-billion turnover listed consumer business. The group has been expanding their market presence globally and currently operates in over 90 countries. The environment is highly dynamic, fast paced and the group has a significant expansion plan over the coming years.

The role reports into the Head of Commercial Finance and will allow the successful candidate to support driving the business, maximising the financial performance and supporting business decision making.

The Role:

• Business Partnering to line management teams and key stakeholders among the business to drive optimal finance/business decisions that support or drive business value activities.
• Financial planning, budgeting & forecasting with the local business area and report and track progress against delivery of financial targets.
• Strong focus on decisions and actions that maximise cash generation / minimise cash outflow through active management and reporting of local working capital activity.
• Challenges and supports functional leaders to improve performance and proactively identify and manage risks and opportunities.

The ideal candidate:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing key individuals.
• Comfortable in relating complex financial strategies to non-financial/operational stakeholders.
• Highly organised, with a strong track record of meeting frequent, tight deadlines.
