Your new role

• Oversight of day to day book keeping activities in the UK ensuring a smooth, clean and timely month end close process with detailed preparation of P&L and Balance Sheet
• Daily Sales reporting
• Prepare weekly Management Information flash including forecast of month / quarter / year results compared to budget for all countries
• Deliver timely UK management accounts including:
• Development and ownership of management reporting, budgeting and forecasting for all group entities and roll up to Group level to provide currently missing group picture
• Monthly cashflow forecast for UK and Group
• Support entity Business Leaders in preparation and consolidation of monthly board pack and take minutes at these meetings
• Control CAPEX process ensuring proposed investments align with group strategy and financial budgets.
• Development of stock reporting KPIs across the group and other financial metrics

What you'll need to succeed
You could be a qualified accountant or working towards your qualification.
You should have solid management accounting experience including budgeting and forecasting.
There is scope for growth a development here, an inquisitive mind with a desire to improve processes will mean you can really develop in the role
You should have some experience of stock and understanding the monitoring process.
Advanced Excel will also be important in this role


What you'll get in return
£50-55,000 - depending on current experience and qualification level
Office based with flexible working hours
Study support available if required.
