The Role

Our Finance Controls Analyst will contribute to the ongoing design, implementation and monitoring of key financial processes within ISS UK.

As our Finance Controls Analyst, you will be a member of the Financial Controls team and assist with the evaluation of all relevant controls, ensuring these are correctly positioned, evidenced and documented.

This is an exciting opportunity to demonstrate your expertise around the Banking and Finance sector whilst having the opportunity to develop your own network and our brand!

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the design, assessment, implementation and monitoring of controls within key financial processes
• Contribute to risk assessments of the business processes.
• Ensure that all processes are documented accurately.
• Provide input to reports, discussing progress and performance, or in cases of failure plans of remediation and correction
• Perform the controls effectiveness evaluation process, including conducting reviews with process owners

Experience and Qualifications

• Demonstrate strong skills in controls testing and monitoring, supporting evidence analysis, problem solving and production of readily acceptable deliverables
• Good understanding of financial statements and risk identification
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
