Fund Controller (Real Estate Investment)

Your new company
A highly successful, well established, Real Estate developer and investor, with ambitious growth plans and the target of going live with anew Fund in 2023. The company are building out a new team, reporting to the Fund Director and are looking for a Fund Controller.

Your new role
Heading up a new team as the London HQ grows significantly. This will involve owning relationships with PE firm, managing outsourced providers and being overall owner of establishing reporting processes for the Fund.

Duties

• Responsible for accounting across the newly created Fund
• Management of outsourced accounting team and building in house
• Quarterly project and group accounts
• Deal with complex accounting structures
• Onboard new acquisitions
• FCA compliance reports

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified finance professional with a background and understanding in private equity and fund accounting. The ideal focus will be within Real Estate and / or have the desire to really grow your career in this space.
