CFO Software business, Finland

Marks Sattin Executive Search is working with a fast-growing, highly profitable Software business operating in a changing sector.

As a CFO you will be working closely with the CEO and the leadership team and taking responsibility for the financial function, setting up systems, processes and controls, as well as integrating acquisitions.

The business is seeking a dynamic hardworking professional, that has a mindset for continuous improvements and ability to build new structures and systems where they are needed. Fluency in Finnish is an advantage, although there is the opportunity for someone who is not Finnish speaker.

This is a great opportunity to defining the future strategic direction of the business and ensuring their continued growth. You will be acting as a true business partner and offering sustained commercial, financial and operational input at board level.

The ideal candidate will:

• A qualified accountant, ideally.
• Experience of working as a CFO in a Software, SaaS and or related sectors.
• Ability to operate at senior level with a proven track record of strategic thinking and a 'can-do' attitude to driving business growth
• Prior experience of acquisitions and integrations.
• Knowledge and experience of working in International based business.
