Financial Controller to help grow a SME and look after the day to day responsibilities of the Finance team. The role will be a hands-on role and will include the management of the finance team. You must be qualified for this role.
You will report directly into the owner.
This role would suit an 'up and comer' or Audit Manager looking for that first move into industry or 2nd/3rd role since qualifying for someone to grow with the business.
WFH - 2 days a week
Responsibilities:
* Controlling the teams in charge of finances and credit
* Daily bank account reconciliation
* Keep track of all accounting system components, including making sure that all general ledger control accounts are correctly reconciled
* The creation of management accounts each month
* VAT quarterly returns
* Creating yearly financial statements
* Completing claims for commissions and expenses
* Check supplier statements for accuracy
* Cash flow projections
* Track, assess, and project financial performance
