A leading UK service provider who has a fabulous reputation is seeking to recruit a Management Accountant to compliment their accounts function.

Reporting to the talented Financial Controller the duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee the Management Accounts function, developing processes and enhancing governance.
  • Leading a dedicated team of staff within the Management Accounts function.
  • Produce timely and accurate reporting of Management Accounts & Commentary. Including Payroll, Fleet and Overhead Ownership & Summaries.
  • Oversee all Balance Sheet responsibility, including timely budgeting, forecasting and balance sheet reconciliations for sign off. Including detailed Cash flow statements.
  • Full Audit and Statutory Support for Group Companies. Being a key point of contact with External Auditors at our Financial Year End. Plus supporting banking audits.
  • Harbour a full business understanding and highlight areas of business improvement.
  • Monthly Board KPI and Management Information Reports, includes managing monthly reports to our bank facility and PE investors
  • Oversee and develop the Daily Cash Forecasting Model, understanding the working capital drivers and ensuring high levels of risk management.
  • Finance System and reporting development.
  • Key contact for external stakeholders such as the bank, HMRC and investors.
  • Experience in acquisitions and & integration is desirable but not essential.

  • CIMA/ACCA & 2:1 degree, 3 yrs PQE experience…looking to push the career to the next level.
