Head of FP&A & Business Partnering

We are currently recruiting a high calibre Head of FP&A for a fast growing organisation highly regarded as market leaders within their sector.

Leading a small team, you will provide insightful analysis and recommendations as an essential Business Partner to the Finance Director; own and lead the budgeting, forecasting and planning processes; work cross-functionally to influence stakeholders; identify key business drivers and market dynamics; develop a high performance commercially astute team.

You will be a qualified Accountant, having demonstrated previous FP&A experience in a senior role, liasing and influencing Board Directors. You will demonstrate exceptional communication, influencing and leadership skills and experience of dealing with a diverse group of people both internal and external is important as well as having a real drive to succeed.
