Our client , a specialist manufacturing company based in Coventry , is looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join their team. Working closely with senior managers and the CEO, this role will be responsible for the financial operations of the UK business. They will assist in planning and commercial decision-making by providing appropriate financial information and undertaking related analysis. The role has real scope and possibility to progress into the role of Finance Director. This position will be perfect for someone who is able to deliver value in a growing business and is excited to gain wider experience in an organisation with an international footprint. This could be either a full time or a part time position , (approx four days a week), with flexible working.

Skills Required
- Ideally qualified (ACA / CIMA/ ACCA) finance professional
- Experience in the retail or distribution sector would be an advantage
- Experience of manufacturing would be an advantage
- Experience of stock accounting essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Excel and SAP experience is essential
- Able to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
