Our client is an award-winning SME growth tech firm.  They are seeking an immediately available interim to manage the Finance function across reporting and accounting activities.  Being hands on and acting in line with business requirements and deadlines to ensure its smooth running

 

Responsibilities:

  • To lead and manage the finance team
  • Production of monthly financial packs and analysis including the Board pack in conjunction with the CFO.
  • Oversite of internal financial controls, ensuring compliance and the safeguarding of company assets, acting in accordance with required regulations and policies, and approvals.
  • Oversite of cash flow management with cash collection a significant priority and a focus on cash forecasting.
  • Compliance with all tax requirements, such as PAYE, VAT.
  • Update business forecast on a monthly basis in conjunction with the business
  • Support to team undertaking analyses as required Ad-hoc support to CFO
  • CFO is kept appraised of team progress and issues

Candidates:

  • You will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA
  • Driven, proactive, self-starter who is engaged, passionate and committed.
  • Management and leadership of a diverse team
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Analytical and data driven
  • Ability to work and communicate at all levels across the business.
  • Strong IT skills, ideally Sage experience
