Financial Controller

Our client is a rapidly expanding staffing business. They are looking to hire a Finance Director Designate to join their team.

Growth has been organic, and the client is now part of a larger group  

The FD will be a critical appointment as a key member of the team going forward.

The Role of Finance Director Designate

• Understand and mitigate the key elements of the Company's risk profile Manage finances to ensure that company remains well funded Lead a small Finance team

• Report detailed Management Information to Board and outside stakeholders Provide the business with detailed budgeting and cash flow forecasting Manage and develop relationship with lenders, insurers, pension providers

• Work closely with local CEO and Group CFO you will participate in the key decision-making processes

The Candidate for Finance Director Designate 

Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA

Likely to have over 5 years post qualification experience

Must have experience of complex payroll provisions either gained in staffing, hospitality or similar sector

Likely to be an FC looking for an initial FD role
