Finance Business Partner

We are working on an exclusive basis to recruit a Finance Business Partner for a large FMCG business who have various sites across the UK, with their HQ being in the Midlands and this role being home based with occasional travel.  The role offers total flexibility and home working and therefore will allow you to determine where you need to be and when, thus allowing for a flexible home location. 

This is a true Finance Business Partnering role with zero month-end responsibility and will allow the successful candidate to learn, develop and progress.

We need someone who has gravitas and who can build credibility from the “get go” with the Senior Management team and who has an inquisitive mindset.  The role reports into a highly talented Lead Finance Business Partner and will support a variety of senior stakeholders across your business area.  Someone who has excellent communication and relationship building skills is a must!

The successful candidate will have strong commercial acumen and the ability to spot opportunities, that will ultimately drive improvements and profitability of your business area. 

Finance Business Partner Requirements:

You will be / have:

• A fully qualified Accountant with a minimum of 3 years PQE
• Previous business partnering experience
• Operational and commercial exposure with a good understanding of what drives a business
• The ability to challenge and influence key stakeholders and senior management team
• A highly effective communicator with strong presentation skills
• Strong analytical capability
• Enjoys the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment
• Has a continuous improvement mindset

Finance Business Partner Package:
