Marks Sattin has the pleasure of supporting a well-respected business based in Rotherham with the recruitment of an Assistant Management Accountant to join their head office finance function.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Assistant Management Accountant will be responsible for supporting the group with the preparation of monthly management accounts, along with covering a wide variety of month end tasks.
Other duties include:
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Maintaining the fixed asset register
- VAT returns
- Intercompany reconciliations
- Ad hoc support on projects and analysis when required
The successful candidate will either be AAT qualified or early stages of their ACCA/CIMA with some exposure to preparing management accounts, whether that is assisting or full preparation.
