A FTSE Manufacturer are looking for an ambitious and proactive Group Accountant, to lead day to day activities; particularly the monthly multi-currency consolidation of the Group. This position requires someone with strong IFRS knowledge and a keenness to progress in their career.
What you’ll be doing:
- Complete a review of the Group Financials and work with the businesses within the Group on any errors in any in local submissions
- Lead the quarterly forecast, annual budget including cash flow forecast analysis and year-end process
- Multi-monthly consolidation of the Group’s results
- Assisting the Group FC with regular reviews of the Group Finance Policies, recommending updates and providing assistance on ad hoc projects
What we are looking for:
- Qualified Accountant (Ideally ACA)
- Previous experience auditing/preparing large
- Group multi-currency consolidations
- Strong technical IFRS experience including IFRS 15, 16 and IAS 21
- Experience with a consolidation software i.e. One stream or Oracle ideal
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
