Financial Controller at a high growth healthcare business.
Your new company
An innovative start-up that aim to build the best and most efficient outpatient process. They are currently undergoing a fundraising period which will raise the value of the company and help them to grow into a market leader in this new and intriguing healthcare space.
Your new role
They are now looking for a Financial Controller to come in and support the whole finance function and ensure that the business is fully complaint and ready top continue to grow and evolve as a business.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the businesses payroll.
- Working closely and collaboratively with the CFO and senior management and owners of the business, providing robust challenge, insight and support
- Making sure that all of the revenue recognition is processed correctly
- Personally, doing all of the transactional accounting
What you'll need to succeed
- To Be Fully Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Experience working in proactive and self starting roles
- Healthcare Experience (Preferable but not essential)
- Experience working for a Private Equity or Venture Capital Growth Business
