Residential Internal Auditor (Part-Time)

Your new company is a leading name within the Property & Development space within the UK and Europe. The company operates across both Residential and Commercial sides, with a very strong presence in different sectors including private rental, office space, consultancy and advisory. This role will sit within the Best Practice team - a Business Unit which is seen as a talent pool for the wider business - with lots of examples of leadership positions being offered to those within the team.


Your new role

In your new role as a Residential Development Auditor - you will be responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of the Internal Audit Plan, specifically within the Residential Development side of the business. This will therefore be a broad role, with the major day to day responsibilities including the carrying out of regular audits internally, before then agreeing action plans to address your audit findings, and the continuous monitoring of the implementation of agreed action plan.

This position is being hired on a Part-Time basis, and the company are open to people who would consider this role on a 3 or 4 day per week working pattern, with flexibility around how those days are taken.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience within an Operational type business support role
• Knowledge of Building/Residential sector
• Knowledge of Residential Development or RICS environment
• Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels from both a Head Office and Site perspective
• Strong analytical skills
