Fund Accountant (Real Estate Investment)

Your new company
A well respected Real Estate investor and developer based in London with a broad asset class. The company have a number of closed and active funds and are currently in the process of a significant equity raise.

Your new role
Working as part of the UK finance function, you will be heading up all accounting for the joint venture formed in partnership with an external international fund.

Duties

• Responsible for accounting across the Fund projects
• Management of outsourced accounting team
• Quarterly project and group accounts
• Deal with complex accounting structures
• Onboard new acquisitions
• FCA compliance reports

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant with real estate/fund experience, either from a fund background or with the desire to work in this area.
