FP&A Manager for a large and well known healthcare brand in the Midlands

Your new company
This new FP&A Manager role is working for a large and successful healthcare business that have recently been acquired by a private equity house. The organisation have very ambitious growth plans and this FP&A Manager role is critical to supporting this growth.

Your new role
In this role you will prepare and run the budgeting and quarterly forecasting, developing and owning the end-to-end processes to support long term planning to allow senior operational stakeholders to make informed decisions on the future direction of the business. You will also be responsible for creating board packs and interpreting month-end performance through insightful commentary and analysis.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fully qualified accountant with a strong analytical mindset and passion for driving data focused financial performance. You will possess strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive decision making through analytical methods and financial modelling.
