Bookkeeper / Accountant | Holyport, Maidenhead / Hybrid Working | £30,000 - £50,000 (DOE)

Joining a thriving Chartered Certified Accountants in Maidenhead, this role offers an enthusiastic Bookkeeper/Accountant the chance to expand their knowledge with an established & growing practice. The role would suit an ACCA studier / qualified or Level 4 AAT qualified candidate with previous practice experience.

• We are a Chartered Certified Accountants based in Holyport, Maidenhead, offering services to individuals to small and medium owner managed businesses in the local area and throughout the UK
• Our client mix ranges from individuals to partnerships and Limited companies, but our approach is consistent: we combine solid foundations in the core areas of Accounting and Tax with broader advice and expertise to support our clients’ wider areas of financial interest, today and for the long term
• Our primary focus is consistent client care and service. In house and external training will be provided in those areas that the successful candidate requires

The Bookkeeper / Accountant role will include:

• Accounts Production for sole traders, partnerships and Ltd companies
• Corporation Tax calculations 
• CT600 production
• Personal Tax Calculations
• Self-Assessment Tax Returns
• HMRC communication and administration
• Liaise with internal bookkeeping department
• Liaise with clients

About You:

• ACCA / ICAEW studier/ part qualified / qualified or Level 4 AAT
• Ideally some up to date general practice experience with practical knowledge of final accounts production
• Client facing, good verbal and written communication skills 
• Excel and Word competent
• Experience of Quickbooks and Xero
• Competent or working knowledge of all common areas of taxation
• Working knowledge of DIGITA accounts package not essential, but very beneficial
