SF Executive are working with a mid market private equity house to find a Chief Financial Officer for their buy and build project in the services / IT space.
As right hand to the CEO you will be responsible for designing and executing the strategy for growth which is largely an organic play but with the opportunity for well thought through acquisitions.
You will also lead on all financial, management and statutory reporting ensuring a best in class, value added service is provided to the company and external stakeholders.
There will also be the opportunity to lead a sale of the business in the fullness of time.
We are seeking a proven PE CFO that has at least one positive exit transaction to their name - ideally this will have been within an IT / services business where M&A activity has complimented organic growth.
A strong package plus equity opportunity will exist for the appointed candidate.
You will either live near to or be prepared to spend time at the companies offices in Essex.
