Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be recruiting a Finance Manager for a fast-growing manufacturing business in Mansfield.
This is a new role, where you will be reporting to the Finance Director, with responsibility for supporting decision making within the business, by providing robust financial information to the senior management team.
Responsibilities will include:
* Provide management information to support commercial decision making
* Manage the annual budgeting process, working closely with budget holders and producing the budget presentation for the Board
* Maintain a reforecasting timetable by liaising with colleagues across the business to understand business performance and identifying risks and opportunities
* Manage and make improvements to forecasting models
* Undertake Variance analysis
* Review and make improvements to IT systems and reporting tools
Key skills / qualifications required:
* Fully qualified Accountant
* Experience of budgeting and forecasting
* Strong analytical skills
* Excellent communication skills
